This is the foundation everything else sits on. The process side is owned end to end, from requirements and finance process design to configuration, data migration and UAT. Because the work is technically fluent too, solutions stay configured in the platform rather than scripted around it.

A customer was running credit checks by hand, one account at a time. We integrated NetSuite directly with Creditsafe, so every customer record now carries its current score, company history and a recommended credit limit. When a position changes, such as a CCJ or a falling score, NetSuite flags it and tells finance the same day, not at the next manual review.
A customer was receiving bank details by email and keying them in by hand: a fraud risk and a chore. We built NetSuite portals where vendors and employees enter their own details and attach evidence such as a bank letter. The change goes through approval before anything is paid, and nothing sensitive travels through an inbox.
The starting point is the work your team does by hand every week: find the parts a model can reliably take over, then wire it into NetSuite. Bring your own AI provider or get a recommendation. Either way, you can see what it did and why.
Orders, records, transactions and the notes people leave on them, straight from NetSuite with no re-keying. It only gets access to the data you choose.

In practice
A customer approached us because their team was spending hours each week reviewing routine transactions that almost always passed. We connected an AI model to their NetSuite. It reads each record as it arrives, makes the routine calls within guardrails the finance team set, writes the outcome back, and hands anything unusual to a person with a note explaining what it saw.
